Craniosacral therapy is a method of tuning into the whole body system to see where any imbalances may lie that would like to be shifted from the body, or where any particular areas of issue (emotional or physical) may arise as a priority to be addressed and reorganised.
It's an opportunity to lay out for an hour of relaxing treatment. This session is for those aged 12 and over.
